it is simple, in a year the fall out will have fully hit and no one will sign up to pay more money. one seventh of our GDP will be in their hands and the war machine will have been rolled out for no reason.

on the January first 2014 many of the people will be functioning felons waiting to go to court and the war machine will then be able to work on those that will not conform.

the language is still in the law that it is a criminal offense to not have health insurance. the fine will have to be levied in court for someone to have to pay. and by that time you have plead guilty and are a felon, and you will be put on probation and your right to your fire arms are gone. the probation officer will come to your house with a swat team for his safety.
