Fxxx yeah excessive force. She should sue HIS ass also for a couple of million dollars.

Watch it again people - she is pushing her arms against the door frames to stop the cop from putting her back into the cells.

Her arms finally gave way and that's why she got launched.

Hell, she might've even done it on purpose for the lawsuit money. Just look at the undamaged side of her face - she is obviously a meth head.

If the officer was smart, he would have used his force to remove her arms from the doorframe.

That cop better Repent because he is going to have to stand in front of God one day...

Even if he was provoked - he had NO right to push a 110 pound (defenseless) woman into a cell like that!

He KNEW he was guilty because he kept coming back into the room! He needs to be brought before investigators - and if there is latent anger there - he may need some therapy - I feel sorry for his wife and kid if he has anger issues! (as it looks like he does!)

The Brief Brigade is bound to show up (as they always do) to smugly tell us the woman got what she deserved. Speaking of the aforementioned leader of the brigade, I watched a movie on Netflix last night that reminded me of him. The movie is called The Snowtown Murders, a true story about one of Australia's most notorious serial killers and his accomplices, who were apprehended in 1999. The leader of the crew was a vigilante bent on ridding Australia of its pedophile, gay, retarded, obese, drug-addicted, and otherwise unwanted population (by Him, at least). He did so by torturing and killing them.

Why then the push with excessive force? ...and it was most definitely excessive force, as the end results prove it. She is a very tiny woman, and if even her hands did brush up against, or even hold on to a door frame, an natural instinct to keep from her falling rather than resisting being put into a cell, then why did this cop not just take hold of her tiny little wrists and escort her into the cell rather than use blunt excessive force.

If she had struck and injured or killed one of my family members, a busted up face would have been the least of her worries.

There shouldn't have been a push like that in the first place, at least get that part right.

She didn't resist being put into the cell, she was trying to keep her balance (remember why she was there in the first place).

The force was completely unnecessary, and overly excessive.

The cop should be arrested and charged with felony assault causing bodily harm, fired from the force, and sentenced accordingly.

That chic is tiny.. If she was holding on to the cell door, which it looks like she was, a light tap on her wrists from that guy or backing her up slightly would have easily broke whatever grip she had on the doorway. The push wasn't necessary so yeah it's definitely excessive force. If you did that to a cop they'd probably hit you with an attempted murder charge. Accidental or not
