BUT, I cook meat and feed it to my family every day. (venison mostly) I think it is perfectly OK for man to eat meat, it is just not OK for me personally. I have always hated the idea of eating the flesh of an animal, so I just don't do it. I have a sharp mind, tons of energy, generally good health, good weight, etc. Not eating meat hasn't hurt me any. Many, many people could learn from you - and not just about what you decide to eat.

I just wanted to see what the hype was about. It wasn't all that hard really. I pretty much only eat chicken so that was one less thing to buy on grocery day. I will be happy to eat chicken again but I said I would continue until the end of the month and I am a man of my word. Come November 1st back to lots of Garden Salads with Chicken breast, one of my favorite meals.
