Judge tells man he is still declared dead, man is in courtroom
The "dead" guy sounds like a low life, but funny story.

"Donald Miller Jr. went to court this week to ask a county judge to reverse a 1994 ruling that declared him legally dead after he had disappeared from his home eight years earlier. But the judge turned down his request, citing a three-year time limit for changing a death ruling.

Hancock County Probate Court Judge Allan Davis called it a "strange, strange situation."

"We've got the obvious here. A man sitting in the courtroom, he appears to be in good health," said Davis, who told Miller the three-year limit was clear.

"I don't know where that leaves you, but you're still deceased as far as the law is concerned," the judge said."

That's one way to be free of the "grid", all records just say "he's dead", so he's not tracked like the rest of us poor shmucks

Well, that shows just how demented the whole system has become... I can't even begin to get my head around the a system that fails to see logic or sense.

The corporation name is declared dead.

Not the physical human.

If your name is spelled in ALL CAPS, its your fictional corporation they are talking about.

if the law overrides being human then why have judges ? or
juries ? or any legal bureaucracy?

it could all be done by a computer, you punch it in, it tells you the law and the penalty.

no thinking, no discernment, why have a salaried automaton?

the difference between a human being and a computer is that humans can pick up on those nuances like
"this guy is breathing",
or this guy might have a legitimate reason for ......whatever.
If that is not what is happening, if there is no process of squaring the facts and info with the intent of the law ,
what is the point of having a human being in that position....
just put a computer on the bench or in anywhere said one dimensional law enforcer "works" and save the money....automation

Could you legally be charged with a crime if you're legally dead?

No because your legal fiction is dead.

That shows how little power the courts have over the actual human.

When you show up in a courtroom, they get you to admit you are that corporate legal fiction, which is your name in all caps.

Look at your driver's license, ss card or anything that comes from this system. It will have your name in all caps.

That is NOT your living being/soul/spirit. That is your corporate fiction disguised as you.

This whole system is a fraud and scam.
