This is a bad one sustained winds of 167 miles an hour with gust to 200 miles an hour. Winds like that are in tornado's. And their will most certainly be more thna 4-8 inches of rain, i guarantee it. Ive been through 2 hurricanes, i used to live on the gulf of mexico. I can tell you that 120 mile an hour winds are horrific! Im thinking more than 20k will perish.

Looks like the GLP effect is on. Phailin has been Cat 5 for two continuous days, I knew it would cool down by the time it reaches the coast.
