As I have said before, there is a legal way to remove Obama and Biden. Instead of impeachment hearings, the House needs to vote on an indictment against Obama and Biden, much like they did to Holder. It may take longer, but it denies the Senate the right or chance to kill it. It also denies Obama the right to coampaign against the charges, and can only face the court in a guilty, not guilty plea. The facts can not be denied, the evidence can not be denied, or covered up as this will only bring additional changers of malfeasence. It also denies the justice department from squashing the charges or refusing to prosecute as they are a Congressional Indictment, not subject to dismissal by the courts.

It will take longer to remove him, but it will force any and all bills signed into law by him to become invalid. With his conviction, which can not be denied, it will also indict Holder, the DHS, HHS, EPA, Education, Energy, Defence, and all other Cabinet posts and appointments set under the Obama administration.
