House of Representatives is what pays the bills, not Obama.
He can't and if he could he would have already done so.
Exceeding the debt limit does NOT mean we default on our debt as we are taking in enough to maintain that all along.
I hope they don't raise it and give him another trillion to squander buying votes for Democrats.
He will be the only POTUS in history to have let this happen should an actual default occur.
What a sorry legacy that would be!
He's even worse than Carter who used to be the failure standard.
