It's the famous "Kanon und Gigue in D-Dur" from the 17th century German composer Johann Pachelbel. Also known just as "Pachelbel Canon". "ach" is spoken like the ending of "Bach" where the ch is like the ch in Scottish "Loch". The "el" like spanish "El".
