Rice/Almond/Coconut Milk contains MSG and Carageenan

I switched over to rice, almond and coconut milk a few years back because I didn't want to use cow's milk anymore.

Lately I'm noticing that all of the various brands now have "natural flavors" in the ingredients (which is a pseudonym for monosodium glutamate), as well as carageenan (a seaweed extract) that lately has been linked to gastrointestinal problems. Plus, several of the brands have sugar in their vanilla-flavored rice or almond milk, as well as other questionable ingredients like soy lecithin.

Does anyone know of any brands that don't have these ingredients? It is so frustrating that you can hardly get any products that don't have high fructose corn syrup, MSG, soy protein isolate and all of that crap.
