This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights. Article 6 of the Constitution requires the members of both houses of Congress to “be bound by oath or affirmation” to support the Constitution. If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation.

In all of this, Barack Hussein Obama has undermined the integrity of his office, has brought disrepute on the Presidency, has betrayed his trust as President and has acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice, to the manifest injury of the people of the United States.

Wherefore, Barack Hussein Obama, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust or profit under the United States.

This is old news not breaking news. The article has been on that site for several months. The publish date has been changed. Look at the comments section, some dated months ago.

Congress is not taking action? they never received the resolution? They chose not to vote on this?

These articles of impeachment are explicit, numerous, serious and ongoing.

WHY HAVEN'T THEY BEEN ACTED ON ???

So what if the congress doesn't want to bother because they think the senate won't impeach!!!!

Start impeachment proceedings now congress.... Do your job, Do the right thing and then pray the senate does likewise.

Or maybe they all need impeached ( recalled) if they've ignored these very direct and numerous specific articles.

I don't know. It seems that he has been planted and all kinds of excuses are being made to keep him to those that want him removed. There are many rumors flying around its hard to discern. The last I can remember that seemed legit was just before the BB there were supposedly hearings to begin on May 11th then the distraction of the BB and all the other scandals coming out and then the rumors of the military getting involved. Who knows what's really the truth and what's not anymore.

If these SOB's won't do their job, then they need to be removed from office, forcibly, if necessary. We pay taxes so they will REPRESENT US. The Constitution makes it explicitly clear that we do NOT act like pussies when the government becomes tyrannical and does what it is doing now and has been doing for years. IT IS TIME TO TAKE BACK THE REPUBLIC AND START ANEW!

Yes it is high time and Colorado's made a fine start with taking back the republic by recalling 1 or 2 with more to follow.

Thank god. Hopefully this runs through because this country has been run to shit. Thought we'd learn after Bush. I love this country and the state I live in but i'm almost sure im going move out of the country. Friends that were in the military and got out as quick as they could stayed in countries in Europe, so it's depressing to hear how crappy this place is compared. Had the chance 5 years ago but I said it would get better. Couldn't even buy my kid a toy without spending11 dollars for some cheap P.O.s piece of plastic. I could name so many things and thats at the bottome of the list, but thats what I just went through 10 mins ago lol.
