You can say "no" as a form of Civil Disobedience for that very reason. That is a perfectly valid reason, and one of the biggest reasons for why the government cannot force this on us.

just tell the Irs you are islamic and it is against your religion.... done

They can have any money I have however they want to steal it, and keep their insurance.

It will not benefit me where I am, so I will not be paying up for it.

OP, I CANNOT AFFORD "Obamacare" because I cannot get a job, which I consider to be no fault of mine because I am qualified and seeking for 3 years now. Furthermore, even when I had so called health insurance, I never received good medical care. I paid in a staggering amount of money over my working career and barely got anything for it. Now that I am older and need it, I have zero access. It is not civil disobedience. It is inability to pay, with secondary reasons of not being all that convinced the system works, anyway. I think most health care should be simple pay as you go, because mostly people have minor issues. We should have some form of nonprofit treatment centers like hospitals for serious issues that require surgery, etc. We can't go on making health care a for profit industry. That's what's wrong with it now. It must be nonprofit.

Sometimes I have a sinking feeling that nobody on this site is a real person, they are all like weird NSA agents pretending to be the public... I sure hope that isn't true.

We already have health insurance, but if we ever lose it I'll damn sure not get Obamacare.
