They are the main reason why people talk about time-travel. The illusion was sustained by the fact that Atlantis was build according to an earlier alien blueprint - leading them to believe that they had either travelled far back or fast forward.

In my last dream i was observer of an expedition that landed on a planet which i assume was Earth. There were "aliens", "native aliens" and "natives" there as well.

No one was fighting each other though, except zombies which attacked members of the expedition i was watching. The explorers or conquistadors made the ruins of a "Mayan" temple their base and then started quarelling with each other. They waited for convoys to arrive with reinforcements but those landed somewhere else completely. I tried to communicate with the people in the first camp to fortify themselves in a still intact "Mayan" temple across a great river but it seems that they were afraid of going there. The water in the river kept on rising, several times cargo was dropped on the base camp from spaceships; the explorers though descended into anarchy and the zombies attacked ferociously. What everyone wanted in the ruins was gold, but the gold made the conquistadors unable to use their own technology too.

In the end, the supplies ceased completely and the spaceships only dropped pamphlets praising the "Athens" colony were the survivors should regroup.

My dream last night was very vivid.

In the first part i was in a kind of computer game world, like Fallout and Skyrim patched together. With a party i explored the world, there was a bombed out space which i knew would be the Milky Way one day.

On the way we attacked all kinds of people, "Romans" and "Persians." The enemies became progressively more powerful until there were only shapeshifters and armored predator type warriors. We first hid a nuked city's ruins but then our hideout was discovered. We fell/climbed down some cliffs and reached a country that looked like California, in fact its inhabitants were "American" and "Chinese" with a lot of transsexuals. However when we arrived we learned that it was being swallowed up by the rising sees. I attended some kind conference where people kept on asking why i was even there. No one believed anyone in our party so we escaped in a boat with the few that did.

Then we arrived in "Germany." However one of my companions somehow got in trouble with "Arab" goons and was kept as a slave. I somehow talked and conned my way out of slavery with a long winded speech, left my friend there and escaped to a landscape that was similar to one that i am living in now. It was populated with "American" hillbilly and German-speaking "Russian" Jews. However while exploring an abandoned factory i encountered a "Nazi" who told me about an "Indian" hero who had gained his nation's independence...

Oh and along the way we were in the forest of the horses...whatever that means
