Have noticed of late that cash withdrawals are restricted already. Put in a deposit the other day of x amount and the amount showing was xx amount but, the amount available was less than xx amount! Many "cash" dispensing machines also limit the amount of "cash" that a person can take out of it. Also, some ATM's and other machines like the ones in grocery stores, are running out of "cash", forcing people to rely on their debit or credit cards.
