It will pass. Paul, Lee & Cruz already said they won't fight it.

So, the House will vote after 3 p.m. May be 4 p.m. or 11 p.m. At this point , the Senate deal DO NOT HAVE THE VOTES NEEDED TO PAS in the House. If they had them, the bill would have been voted already.  is this hope i smell??
