Just called my House rep again. He's a pretty solid Tea Party type conservative. I advised him to vote no and I expect that he will be a no vote. I also advised him to remove Boehner as speaker... again.
Lastly, I recommended that if the house votes to approve this, he should run as a libertarian next time because the last time the Tea Party was this pissed at the house 65 reps lost their seats in 2010. Boehner, McConnell, and others like them are ensuring the collapse of the GOP.
