Yes, it has passed the senate - the HOUSE still has to vote on it before it gets implemented. This is where it breaks down and is not done before tomorrow which causes the defults to begin..History says tomorow is catalyst to the decline.

The only thing I truly remember is the fact that the defualts are tomorrow and thinsg spin out of control rapidly and has a cominoe effect...The civil wars do not happen until the US breaks apart into United Union States and groups form to consolidate power on the coast lines and land locked states are held hostage basically...It is not north vs south but coastal regions for internal states.

I wish I had better news but the Brits do not make wise choices in their leadership in the future and it hurts the entire UK. YOu do not escape the global depression...sadly some say it is similar to the potato famine of the dark ages ....your island protection is blessing and a curse durig this time......around 2017 I beleive. That time is not good for siuffering as international aid is scarce with the depression, wars going on. Just make sure you have enough food for a whole winter....if I reember correctly it is not so much of estent of your troubles but that they happen durring a brutal winter. It is not end of the world, just a very very hard time for yur country

Yes, I am 110% sure it is going to happen...No a "deal" per se does not happen --- basically the gov ecept for very essential services halt including public assistance which is major cause of disruptions......States seriously talk about succession and the fed gov power is limited --- then everything starts to fracture in factions.....

2014 will be ahard year but by 2015 some normalcy returns before civil wars break out (I saw wars) because it will be multiple states against eachother...It is a hard time and I have seen many photos and rheels...americans the desolate was a line a remember....remember I am from 2020 so I am close to this time now with you...I will not be here then --- GOD I HOPE NOT - I want to see my family :(

No massive earth changes disaters....as for internet I can share this with you...The internet as you know will will fade away and become archaic, only used by governments...In the next 2 years quntum computing will be set abalze in the wolrd...I new hypernet is develop in which cannot not be controlled by any entitiy...it changes everything...in fact such advancements is why I am able to be here, although I am stuck...the Hypernet changes the world.

It has a massive impact on the Japan and surrounding areas but will be contained....The people of Japan are still suffering massive cancer epidemics because of it. Yet sadly in 2020 we are still pursuing nuclear energy.

No underground UFO bases less I am just not aware...from my knowledge in 2020 the UFO phenomenon is just as mysterious as in 1990.
