Fort Bragg, NC has been booming a lot this week

I have lived within miles of Fort Bragg my whole life. You'd think I'd get used to the booming that shakes the floors and windows. But, I haven't. In the past I always assumed they were practicing for using those weapons elsewhere. This is the first time in my life I realize that those bombs could be for us. Now, do I think that the soldiers practicing would ever dream of using them on their countrymen? No. But, now realize they may be asked to one day.
