Other then being fat, an alcoholic, a chipped tooth and a Gout flair up every several months, I don't have anything wrong health wise. Doesn't help that the days I do work, I'm on my feet all day and slinging boxes about. I'm just assuming because I broke it when I was young, now that I'm getting in my mid 30s, arthritis is begging setting in. Just thought I'd share. Have you tried using a brace at all deano? Maybe it would help a little? Simple is right. Have you tried using a brace? Maybe consider wearing insoles. Also, icing and elevating your ankle on the days that you are on your feet more will help you. You may also try building up that ankle by hanging your leg off a table and doing the ABC's>>> spell out each letter with your foot. This is just one exercise you can do to help strengthen your ankle. Hang in there and stay strong Deano. |
