* The nuclear program by FEMA is at risk of being shut down due to budget cuts.
* The flight for the US congress is departing at US military airfield Andrews.
* Major General Kerry in charge of US nuclear operation. Fired by Obama the Administration (second person to be fired for no reason).

Most likely, something is about to happen.
