I have a 4000 gallon underground cistern that I installed to collect rainwater coming off my roof - it IS NOT connected to any underground water so the EPA can go pound sand !!!!!!

have 10,000 gallons of storage capacity used to harvest rainwater here at the homestead. heard some states block rainwater harvesting claiming they own the rain that falls from the sky. and americans call themselves free?
