yes, for about a week as a teen. Every night wake up, something evil at the foot of the bed, can't move, can't scream. Most awful evil feeling in the world. short, dark, shadow shape at the foot of my twin bed, so evil feeling. I talked myself thru it, closed my eyes till I fell back asleep. I think it went on for 3-4 nights in a row; It was a long time ago...ha!

I'm tempted to try it for myself, it's not supposed to be too difficult to induce. I wonder if you can attribute that "falling" feeling just before you go off to sleep to sleep paralysis, however brief it is.
