Sleep Paralysis - Alien Abduction

It truly is! Most people wake up from a dream/nightmare just before something, such as a crash/explosion/death, occurs. I imagine it must be pretty similar with sleep paralysis.


Exactly the same for me but i was weary and forced myself awake, felt like i could have controlled my dreams if i'd let it flow.
I dont know why you would want to induce it if your going to see the entities but i guess they are probably around us a lot of the time when we sleep anyways.
Do you think there is a link beteen paralysis and abdutions?

Yeah like you are about to go out of body or can see your astral body. I've read that too but i think there are experiences ehere people are being held down.

Yes, It could be that you are consciously entering the 4th and 5th dimensions, in fear because of the paralysis and the fears manifest into reality in these dimensions.

is anybody able to talk whilst in sp? when i get it my mrs wakes up bcos of the noises i make and calls my name and i hear her right away and answer. i always see sum kind of entity without fail sometimes children but mostly demonic type stuff. ive even had the mrs turn into a vampire with long black hair and attack me but as i was paralyseed all i could do was chew her fingers to defend myself lol, even stranger i found a picture online showing the same vampire with her fingers in the victims mouth.

I had a few of sleep paralysis. First one i had at age i dont know maybe 18? 19? So the first one was when I woken up on my stomach. Feel like someone was sitting on my back and I was afraid of this thing. Then after that, I had a series of paralysis but I wasn't afraid of them, just though oh well weird dream. But then I had the most horrible one. I saw a dark person. Skinny with eggy looking head but I didn't saw the face, just the shape and then this thing punched me in and I woken up. After I woke up, I gone to kitchen (morning)and my mom asked me - hey what is that on your lip. It was a big bruise on bottom lip. Really freaked me out. Then I was ok, till last year. I saw the same thing in my paralysis. It was fucking terrible and this thing asked me like some sort of mind communication if I wanna go with him. I answered no, from that time Didn't had any night paralysis.

well yeah and no, she changed into a vampire and attacked me but she was asleep lol, ive seen kids, the hatman, demon/alien type entity, the small troll type entity also pictured on the net in a painting, the old hag, black clouds hovering over me, ive been punched in the back whilst on my side which i rarely sleep on i always sleep on my back. ive woke the mrs up a few times talking and praying whilst in sp, ive had it since i was about 21 im nearly 35 now :)

Wow, thats some experiences. Was she aware of it, do u know why they do it or wht they want from you?

I have gone through that half awake went to turn round in bed and could not move my arm then I tried to move my feet no luck but I did realize I was going through sleep paralysis and when I still could not move went back to sleep, there was no fear as I realized what it was.

Have it now and then, and it always scares the shit out of me not having control over myself. Also have these nightmares with feelings where I get tortured (with real unbearbale physical pain), when I realize I am dreaming but can't escape or wake up...

You can not exp,ain away medically that all of us that have shared this experience mentally experiemce the same thing other than the physical.

That is unexplainable and common sense say not medical in any way.

My experiences are upon waking from bad dream I find that I can't move or even yell because of this phenomenon.

Never see anything - just feel terror and/or panic.

What exactly do you think I experienced then, I had the electric buzz feeling in my body, paralysis and extreme feeling of dread and or feeling of suffocation.

Just come across this, they say prayer prevents attacks and abdutions but lots of specific prayers. Do you believe in Jesus?

Yes I do but at the time I was having the paralysis attacks I was leaning more towards the non religious side.

Do you think that it protects you from it somehow?

Again I would have to say that I am not sure if the praying itself has a religious effect or a placebo effect. But I do believe the praying protects from it

What do you have to do to become a believer of Jesus and do you feel any changes in your life after this?

I have never experienced something like this until yesterday. I was sleeping in the couch, and dreaming about sleeping in the same couch, when i see someone passing by me and not stopping. I thought it was my gf, even though i did not see any face, so i tried to call her but could not move and speak, i even remember trying to clap my hands to call her attention but my arms were stuck.

Now i was trying to understand if i was still dreaming or not when someone appears again, i could not see a face, just remember it was a white image.

Suddenly i woke up.

No one passed by me while i was sleeping, so it was a dream, but it seemed so conscious that i doubted for some minutes.

I am skeptic when it comes to paranormal experiences, spirits, alien abductions so i actually enjoyed the experience, our mind is pretty amazing.

I have had sleep paralysis. I am trying with all my might to lift my head off the pillow and it won't move. I panic and wake up. I don't think I've ever seen anything but it does feel like some sort of evil presence.

I've had sleep paralysis a number of times. The last time was about 3 years ago, and for that I am grateful.

I've had while waking up (most of the time) and while falling asleep. It is however, the waking up when I've experienced the presence. Heard it (voices), felt it (touching me, moving my bed sheets), and "saw" on one occasion.

I don't think about what's going on, because I frankly don't want to go there. I prefer to stay ignorant on this subject.

Yeah, once you know you're not gonna die SP can actually be pretty exciting, and a great route int OBE's as you say.
Question is, are these just hallucinations or are we seeing into other dimensions? I like the inter-dimensional aliens idea personally.

I had this one time, Only ever had it happen to me once though i distinctly remember someone stood in the bottom left corner of my room though i couldn't see them since i couldn't move my head and could only see them out of the corner of my eye, Looked very tall and skinny, I was fucking crapping my pants!

2 things learned via that video:

2. No real visible attractive women work for D News or whatever the heck that is called.

As for sleep paralysis itself, I think some is explainable by science and some is a link between our and the spirit world. Science in some ways likely would prefer to keep us in the "dark" on the spirit world. If people begin to find the power within themselves to tap into the world around us, we find explanation outside of science for things thus making science useless.

Science has a vested interest in ensuring the truth goes its way. Whether they are knowingly lying is a different ballgame altogether.

The state of paralysis that many contactees report is common, and is used not only as a means of calming and controlling potentially violent contactees but also for convenience. The paralyzed state is very relaxing, and leaves no harmful trace. During travel between the Earth and a space ship, through walls, and at rapid speeds, humans often prefer to be paralyzed. Paralysis during contact has often been reported by those recalling their visits. If a contactee is anxious, fearful, likely to thrash about and injure themselves or their visitors, they are paralyzed. This is not painful, in fact is very restful, and is never resented. However, it can create confusion if not understood, when a rapid return to their pre-visit surroundings occurs.

A contactee picked up during a busy day will find themselves returned to the exact spot they left, but will be relaxed when this occurs. The sudden need to have their legs tensed under them will create a sense of falling, and catching oneself. This can create a sense, in the contactee, that their knees temporarily gave out, and is confusing.

Another often reported confusion is what is termed sleep paralysis. The contactee is returned to bed, as most visits are done at night, when missing time will not be noticed by a sleeping family. Yes, I've experienced this before and it is indeed terrifying.

I was about 26 yrs old and living alone. I woke to the realization that there was a dark presence down the hall from me that I could see out of peripheral vision. I can remember that it had the form of a person but I cannot give a discription beyond that. I remember that my mind was fully functional, aware and willing my body to react, but I could not do anything.

This experience did not leave me until I started saying "Jesus" over and over in my head. I am very thankful that I have not had a repeat experience.

You feel it coming, its unmistakable. The weight, the evil, you cannot breathe you cannot move. The only thing you can do is think, and you think to god or jesus for help, its inherent, and i'm not at all religious. Reciting a prayer repulses it.

This has happened to me once before, I "watched" a figure that looked sort of lanky, but definitely human like but walked more like a ape. It walked in front of my amplifier, and around the couch towards me where I was passed out. I could not move my body, and I wasn't scared until the figure kept walking towards me and went to put it's hand over my face. I then "snapped" out of it and took a deep breath, and thought to myself "wtf".... lol, it was pretty awesome though.
