Anyone else receiving many calls - caller ID showing various Medical names

All this week, out of the blue, we are receiving 4-5 calls a day from the same group "companies" (as shown in caller ID).

I never answer any of them, and none leave a message on the machine.

Alert Medical C (that is all that shows on caller ID)
Contacto Medica(l)
First Medical
Vision Solution
Medical Solutio(n)
Then a couple of 1-866 numbers

I wonder if there is now a mass calling to people to try to get them to sign up to their insurance plans because of the Obamacare website mess-up?
