Since Obamacare is a PRODUCT that does not work as advertised....could Obama and/or the government be sued based on.... 1) DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES 2) FALSE ADVERTISING 3) FALSIFYING PRODUCT STATEMENTS 4) FRAUD ...just like any other deceptively marketed product. There may be others as well. Interesting avenue to consider for litigation. Last Edited by Useless Cookie Eater on 10/26/2013 09:45 PM |

"There was a man who could create what could not be imagined. A temple so great you questioned if it was built with human hands. A man who built an idea into the greatest force the world has ever known. A world built from a single word. I care not for the folly of man but for the end of human contention." |

It would ultimately end up in the Supreme Court too. Interesting. |

It is on record, in print, and on video. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 46077201 Obama is the leader (supposed) of this nation, just as a CEO is the leader of a company liable for any statements made and the CEO cannot deliver on the statement, they are held accountable by employees, stockholders, and investors. His statement makes him legally liable for any citizen who loses their health insurance due to Obamacare requirements...had he said "If you like your healthcare plan, you can keep your healthcare plan, provided your employer's insurance coverage meets the minimum requirements of my healthcare plan." That would have absolved him of any individual losing their healthcare plan. Due to this, he is now legally liable to EVERY American citizen who has lost their plan and are either opting out and paying the penalty, or paying several times their original premiums on their original plans. If this doesn't constitute a class action lawsuit against Obama and the government, I don't know what does. There are many other reasons, but this I believe is an excellent opportunity to give them a huge pot of shit to deal with. My guess is that any lawsuit would immediately have millions of people sign on. Within the surreal depths of "reality" lies the truth. |

Offer: this is what BamBam offered to the public; 2. Acceptance: Public says, ok based on offer; 3. Consideration: Should be what was offered; product is not what was offered. IMO: Breach of contract. Back to the drawing board, write another one. |
