Best Medicine: The Power of Forgiving

It feels good when those who hurt you get theirs.

I liked the scientific explanation supporting forgiveness is healing for us. I personally have given up some anger I've clung to from past experiences with people and have felt lighter. Holding to fear and hurt in relationships has become something I don't want to serve. I am finding it more about not wanting to continue to hold on to the lower emotions within me, then the other person asking me to forgive them. I have to forgive myself for judging myself and others. I had to ask, How long do you want to hold on to this story that causes pain in relation to another?

For every action there is (should be) For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. If there isn't, there's no balance and that can't be good.

There are many cases when only an idiot can be happy to forgive. If the person who has hurt you doesn't feel sorry, then forgining him means to encourage him to continue hurting you (AND/OR others).

Fear? No.

Awareness and balancing the karma? Yes.
