I know why the world suffers
In the hidden Gospels of Yeshua, that some had claimed as Gnosticism, there is an account about one who is called Sophia. She self emanated herself but with out the Father and gave creation to a creature of light, being herself light, and darkness, that which is not of the Father.

From her act she was terrified and she repented. From her act she suffered.

But the name of Sophia is wisdom. So, wisdom comes only by the way of suffering and repentance.

Now, the world today we live in, is pretty much ran by elitists making all attempts to avoid any suffering upon themselves. They use their power and great wealth to make their lives as comfortable as possible. As such they lack wisdom and their actions have caused a great suffering on humanity. If they would know the suffering perhaps there would be repentance and form their repentance they would gain the wisdom to use their great wealth and power that would benefit all.

But they don't. Because they do not suffer, there is no repentance. Because there is no repentance there is no wisdom. And without wisdom the world is unchanged and so it suffers.

There is much more, but I will leave it at that.

we suffer so we can feel joy

joy , happiness doesnt exist without pain

try being an addict, all the drugs int he world wont get you high after a point, not until you come down (feel pain) then then you can feel pleasure again.

its just like hot and cold, dark and light, pleasuer pain, the duality of the universe, good and evil, created by our creator (not god, god is a human creation to represent one side of a duality- the good side) im talking about the creatore, the one who made duality, if you dont like his game, quit.

and whats the most basic desire? to live

in otherwords the whole idea of not suffering, or the cancellation of duality existance is death, oneness. duality is life, oneness is death.

Re: I know why the world suffers
The desire for food when there is hunger leads to suffering

The desire for peace when there is war leads to suffering

The desire for love when there is hate leads to suffering

What desires are these to cause suffering?

Desire not food and shall one be filled?

Desire not peace and shall one be quite?

Desire not love and one shall be complete?

Where does wisdom come from?

Re: I know why the world suffers
Suffering has three fundamental causes:

Craving
Aversion
Ignorance

Craving can be thought of as leaving the still center and chasing something. Aversion can be thought of leaving the still center because you are running away from something. Ignorance can be thought of as wandering away from the still center out of foggy-minded befuddlement, boredom, etc.

You eliminate these three factors and remain in the still center, and suffering can be overcome.

Then the world suffers because many crave, are aversive and or are ignorant.

Right?

Basically.

Physical suffering may or may not be different from mental suffering. I mean, we have nerve endings and feel pain for good reasons...if you let your hand burn off by laying it on the stove because you feel no pain, that's no good. But sometimes it seems to me that the human physical pain system is too sensitive. Lots of physical pain seems unnecessary to me.

When the Aeon Sophia 'fell' into the lower realms without her masculine counterpart Christos - she became scrambled, smeared out across the frequency spectrum.

The feeling elements coalesced as the planet earth and she created organic life with them.

The mental elements the Archon imprint became the rocky planets and such Saturm Jupiter Neptune etc.

These Archon frequencies are drawn to interact and impinge on organic life - like a honey pot. We have been downloading grounding and redeeming them for Aeons, more lately as smart monkeys - which is what are egomanic bicemeral minds are.

All this is being mediated by the Aeon Chistos - Sophia's counterpart.

Suffering - is when you have anchored an Archon frequency but have not yet redeemed it by subordinatng it to Sophia (your soul) - it is out of balance and is why 'sin' or vices will consume you until driven to seek peace.

Suffering is like a piece of steel that is heated.

And a hammer that delivers a blow.

And finally that steel yields into the form it is meant to be shaped in.

And finally the heat ceases and the hammer blows stops.

Wisdom is achieved.

Can be that way.

But some diseases are degenerative.

If you have senile dementia or psychosis its not going to be "whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger" (Neitzsche) but "whatever doesn't kill you makes you stranger" (the Joker).

The steel I speak of is not of the body or the things of this world. It is of the Spirit.

Disease and physical ailments that bring suffering can only harm the body, but once the body is gone those things are powerless against the Spirit.

They become nothing

The Bible clearly explains suffering as

1) a path to repentance

2) a mechanism for spiritual growth

and 3) a natural occurrence in a fallen world (rain falls on the evil and the good).
