Why do good looking guys marry fat ugly women???

if the attractive guy isnt aggressive/selective he will get hooked by a 'fat ugly woman'

truth is most good looking hetero guys are hated by everyone (gays, lesbians, police, judges, lawyers, etc) so rather than date a venomous 'hot' chick they go for the safer bet

applies to both sexes really, but i've seen this a lot, i wont be marrying any fat woman all i can say lol

'Cause they're shallow and being adored for no other reason than their looks is good enough.

What equates fat/ugly? What one views as beautiful another may not.

Some reasons why.

1. Not everyone is as hung up on looks. Some actually care more about who the person is over what they look like.

2. A lot of women considered highly beautiful are quite stuck up and have attitude. Not all of them but if they have always depended on there looks to get by they may have no other skills.

3. Some guys like a little or a lot of meat on the bones.

4. Some men are insecure. They are afraid if they marry a highly attractive women they won't be able to keep them.

5. Some highly attractive men are just huge jerks and the only women they can get to stay with them are those who don't think anyone else will have them.

6. Sometimes people just click.

These are just a few possibilities.

I always went out with hot skinny women my whole life , and ended up getting screwed over every time after about 4 or 5 years.

I said hell with it and started dating my sisters friend that I knew liked me. She is heavy and I take allot of ribbing from my friends. But the more I got to know her the more I really fell in love with her and have been with her for over 10 years now.

I have never felt so loved. Sure the sex leaves allot to be desired , but id rather feel the love like I do and never even have sex again.

Trust me on this when i say it. The girls that are hot are always hiding. Always have dark tinted windows. You don't see many of them at the gym. You don't see those hot girls at the stores or anywhere much at all. You don't see them in public much at all because they are constantly hiding and trying to conceal themselves from the public eye. Not sure if its because of insecurities or what but its causing those girls to lose out on a lot of potential. The fat girls are out there in the real world not hiding. They are in the gym and in every public place. All the fat girls are out there and about while the hot girls are trying to hide away. Trust me, if you see tinted windows on a BMW or an expensive car most likely from what i've seen its gonna be a girl thats half way decent or hot. I think it has to do with not liking guys hitting on them. But in the end they do it to themselves. Then you see those same exact girls dating uglier guys also because they can't find those hot guys because they never go out in the public eye. All the hot girls usually work out at home and do everything at home then expect the hot guy to come to their door practically. Thats never going to happen. You gotta go out and actually be seen by people to get approached. A lot of times from what i've seen the girls will still be afraid to be seen by hot guys because of insecurities about how they will be perceived by the hot guy. Its just self perpetuating thing. Just gotta go out more is the answer lol. Don't just be that girl who has 1000 followers on facebook that never goes out.

If you are labeling women 6s and 7s, then perhaps it would not matter if you married a 3 or 4?!

Feminism has taught men to accept women of all shapes and sizes. This is also one explanation why some men are insecure with a physically hot woman and why the manly (rough) men who so many women fawn over get all the hot ones.

Because skinny girls are always hungry, that makes them mean. They are also more concerned about how they look so they tend to be on the narcissist side. And they just look older, ever seen a young looking body builder? No face fat makes a person look aged, dehydrated and dry.

I think you are mistaken in a few assumptions here.

Such as the assumption that fat people end up more on 'benefits' than skinny people. Or that he will come to see this as a mistake.

And yes you are missing something. Many people are not shallow.

I have no idea how old you are, but around 40 you are going to start understanding what folk mean when they say 'beauty fades, but personalities are forever'.

Assuming the skinny guy isn't a player (some are, but not all), he most likely has a keen understanding that the little big lady is going to be in general terms a nicer person.

Skinny "beautiful" women tend to know it and they act and behave as if the world owes them something because they are pretty.


In the reverse situation, pretty woman marrying a fat man, its usually more about his ability to provide for her and the kids. And not just financial providing. Yeah that includes a little 'if you know what I mean' but I'm taking emotional providing as fat people usually tend to be a bit more empathetic and compassionate because of you know people like you who rants and raves mindlessly about fat people because you just can't see beyond the surface.



And for the record, I'm narrow as narrow can be. 6'2" and 143 pounds. I married the equivalent of the 'fat slob' you are complaining about, and have had a really good, long loving relationship.

Yeah it has been said multiple times in this thread but here goes

Hot girls are are arrogant and sometimes lack personality, alot are artificial. They always want the guy to make all of the moves without rewards. Most men dont like this endless cycle chasing the rabbit so they go for the sweet girls, who on occasion, are fat.

They also give attention back whereas the hot ones give the cold shoulder.

Most likely they don't start out that way. It's false advertising actually. They get you while they are still hot (and thin) and then have a kid or 2 and then blame their weight gain on the kids (when they most likely never leave the couch).

When you try to leave them you wind up paying for it until the kids are 18 and so most times the guy stays as the old saying goes: "It's cheaper to keep her"
