Last night I was watching a plane headed east to west then noticed a solid white light that didn't look like the plane I first observed.

This white light travelled very quickly north to south over Lake Erie and was no longer visible approx 30 seconds after initially seeing it.

Not sure what it was but I am sure it wasn't a civi jet.
