WTF Vonage

Still arguing with these asswipes. They owe me 617 dollars. When we cancelled two years ago they issued us another another number we didnt know about and kept stealing my money. Now I feel like im getting the runaround

start from THE BANK and report the bank-
who authorized the bank ? DEMAND and get their bs explanation in writing...then
go to the cops and file report...then
call and VISIT the senator of your district and drop off the police report,bank info and your affirmation which is notarized.
then the fcc ftc atty general

and then start with vonage.

Good luck. Been fighting for six years for thousands.
Indian customer service sucks and the company is a fraud

Report it to your bank if you haven't already, they will investigate -to an extent. A lot of banks will not refute if it is not a fraud-type transaction, though.

Report Vonage on BBB website. Companies DO pay attention to these reports.

If communications with Vonage don't result in a timely return of your money, file a small claims suit against them.

A company like this will have to send an attorney representative and most of the time will either settle or the ruling will be in your favor. Just do very thorough research and have any proof of documents handy. It's possible they'll return your money after they are served because it costs more than it's worth to pay their attorneys for such a low amount. Go get 'em.

You have to close your bank account. That's the only way to stop this.

Not close the accounts indefinitely, only change the account numbers and card numbers.

The bank is stopping them now. Was told on the 23 last month that I would be refunded in 72 hrs then they tried to zap my account on the 25th. Next guy said 5-7 days then a yesterday they said 7-10 days.
