Well i don't really believe ISON is anything more than a comet. I'm actually worried that ISON's display of light may not be as profound as predicted. Well, lets be honest now. Even if they actually wanted to arrest Obama and others, then they would probably have no idea HOW to do it. But this prosecutor isn't really part of the Geneva council, he is an independent force completely.

And it isn't unheard of, that puppets get exterminated after they've failed or finished with they're program. Either way i found that as a little bit of hope that there is some humanity left on this earth, which there is.

I think they receive this power upon initiation to skull and bones ( speaking of American presidents here only ), after which thy must achieve certain goals during they're presidency. Often how they achieve it is up to themselves, as long as they achieve it. I really don't want to dwell on the whole hierarchy of the power of the elites because it is a very extensive subject. It's not as simple as rich men above, puppets in the middle and sheep below. And it isn't even the point. They're power is derived from controlling the masses through fear and money... right? Well, they don't do the dirty work themselves... that's what the puppets are for. Puppets regulate the masses and obtain the power, the rich men themselves don't have any other leverage besides money.

I get again what you say. What I was trying to say is, the salary of a President, VP and other lawmakers is quite low, considering the job they are doing. Lets say he makes now $400,000 (that's the last figure) - VP's, other lawmakers and Congressmen and women make much less, officially. Now we can imagine that they're not in it for the money. At least not for the official salary. Then lets look at their money they made while in office. Where does it come from? And that's my point - follow that money and there you have your problems. And those are the one's to go after.
