im from the ghetto lol, ( yes white people can be from the ghetto as well ahaha) and its always fear, as much as your like i hate the police and fuck them , ill show them next time they try something on me, it all goes away, it goes to fear AS YOU ALWAYS KNOW ITS YOUR WORD AGAINST THEIRS!!!!
i mean i hate them as we all should.. cause hell even when you need them they find a way to throw a " public disordely charge" on you, and know what i figured out???? that that is the one law that has no limits,,, it has no rules, it means whatever they say you did, broke a law or not they can always charge you with!!

You are correct, it has such a far reaching arm, if you are disagreeing with what they say, that is a public disorder, I would say that is most likely one of the highest statical charges made against people, the revenue collected for public disorder fines must be huge.
