Frank is an anti pope and not even remotely Catholic...
compare his theology and what he holds to the dogmatic teaching of the Catholic Church; His does not compare...
he doesn't hold the teachings of the RCC. BTW, Rome is apostate since 1959 and John XXIII and his Vatican II council...
