Judging by the green laser lights, was someone having probs getting the car in view to scan?
Whoever was in the craft need to learn their scanning controls better, unless no one in craft(remote control), just looks sloppy to me, maybe the laser needed some calibration to get target in view properly to actually scan something uneventfully.

Edit: I see wobbles in the lights, like when you are in a fighter plane doing loop, then trying to bring firing recticle on to the target ya know? The plane has a wobble to it and ya got to be careful on the stick to keep it calm.
Not saying thats what it is, just saying thats first thing that popped into my mind when seeing it.
