Quoting: Anonymous Coward 22924475 What if they can bear it? how would it be known if someone could "bear" the truth freely given to them freely? Could be said that someone will hear what they need hear or see what they need to see at the right time given. But how do we know that our wills are not creating that right time? |

If I disagree withe the ideal I will just fade away as other interests take up my time. Being shunned is slightly worse than that but if you have to lie to be accepted then living with them is no linger the main issue, it is, 'How do you live with yourself? |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 42277925 Pick and OT passage that fits these limits then find the NT reference and apply that a 'meat' and anything less as being 'milk', possible but no a certainty. The more you find the less likley it is that the Bible has more than one author, god. Lu:24:27: And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself. Test yourself, there are parts of the Bible that you are certain you know the meaning. God back occasionally and see if that is still true if you are reading a lot of passages that are a little confusing because as you read more and revisit those same ones they will become less confusing on their own. After I first read the NT Was sure there was a 'plan' and it seemed like a 'pretty good one' buy I was shy of any details deeper than that. The passage was about 'meat' and some decades later of 'casual reading' I can go into deeper detail about how those passages fit together in my version that I accepted as being 'the most likely'. |
