Has anyone been experiencing o.b.e's, astral projection or lucidness more frequentlly?

I have never attempted to Astral project, however it is happening more and more frequently along with becoming aware of being asleep or dreaming becoming lucid.

Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Mostly it is happening while falling asleep the body starts tingling then becomes numb to the point that you no longer feel your own body.

When this happens I feel like a translucent ball of energy but with full conscious intact. It feels as though I'm a floating craft with the ability to travel any where at almost the speed of thought.

It's not because I'm beginning to "wake up" or the pineal opening. I do not practice astral projection and can feel the presence of good and negative energy when this happens.

It is not happening willfully but becoming an almost nightly experience as of late.

Anyone?
