Good day, Friends!

I was just perusing other threads and noticed the fallacy of some who think the brotherhood between Judah and Israel is still in tact. In fact, there are some lost souls who believe one of the Two Witnesses of Rev. 11.3 will come from the tribe of Judah, and the other, will come from the tribe of Israel.
Scripture is very clear that this brotherhood was broken.

Zechariah 11.14 is clear: Then I broke my second staff called Union, breaking the family bond between Judah and Israel.

This happens in NT time as Zech 11:12-13 reveals to us. But we know from history and from what Scripture has foretold that there is no literal Israel as compared with Judah today, for the Assyrians brought them into captivity in OT time, from which they never returned.

May God Bless you,

Re: Two Witnesses of Revelation 11.3 and the Branch
I was just going through my notes and found this analysis of Zechariah 6 from PehJeshuah addressed to someone who was opposing him. Hopefully, it helps you along your way.

Dear people,

I will now tell you the true meaning of the sixth chapter in Zechariah, which the devil from Ireland, that false witness, twists.
And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass.
Quoting: The Bible, Zech 6

What this scripture reveals:
These four chariots are the four spirits of the heavens that now proceed from the two mountains that are the Old Testament and the New Testament. We see that they come from the place where they stood before the Lord of all the earth. Now the four horses, which are also the four smiths in Zech 1:20, go out from God in the Word and according to the Word. Those that go toward the north will make the Spirit of God rest in the north country.

They are not the Medes and the Persians, as the false witness from Irland claims, for the horses stood before the Lord and between His two mountains of brass, which are not natural mountains. Notice that all the horses went out together, not only the white horses. If the white horses were the Medes and Persians, then who were those other horses that also went out? I am convinced that the false witness from Ireland will find it difficult to tell us the meaning of those other horses, especially since it is already said that they are spirits of the heavens!
41465644]Behold, these that go toward the north country; meaning the Medes and Persians, which went towards Babylon:

have quieted my spirit in the north country; by executing the judgments of God upon the Chaldeans, and by helping, favouring, and delivering the people of the Jews; which were very agreeable to the will of God, and well pleasing in his sight, signified by the quieting or refreshing his Spirit.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward from Ireland

The Medes and Persians have never been spirits of the heavens, so the claim of the false witness from Ireland is just ridiculous. The worst thing though is that he contradicts Holy Scripture!
In the first chariot were red horses; and in the second chariot black horses; And in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled and bay horses.
Quoting: The Bible, Zech 6

What this scripture reveals:
The black horses symbolize God's judgment in the Word, so since they go forth toward the north country they reveal to people there through God's law in the everlasting gospel that they are sinners and need to repent and better their ways, which a certain number of people will do, the reason why the white horses also go forth toward the north country to make the Lord's spirit rest in them by their faith. That is what Psalm 48:2 predicts:
Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, Is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, The city of the great King.
Quoting: The Bible

Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord? And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth. The black horses which are therein go forth into the north country; and the white go forth after them;
Quoting: The Bible, Zech 6

Let us now look at the grisled horses.
and the grisled go forth toward the south country.
Quoting: The Bible, Zech 6

What this scripture reveals:
The grisled horses go toward the south country from where originated the falling away and the coming of the Antichrist. These horses symbolize God's eye, for He has seen all the iniquity that the south country represent, and He will therefore proclaim His coming judgment over the main palaces of the Antichrist. That this is the true meaning you will see from Gen 31:12:
And he said, Lift up now thine eyes, and see, all the rams which leap upon the cattle are ringstraked, speckled, and grisled: for I have seen all that Laban doeth unto thee.
Quoting: The Bible

And now we have to look at the bay horses to find out what they symbolize:
And the bay went forth, and sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the earth: and he said, Get you hence, walk to and fro through the earth. So they walked to and fro through the earth.
Quoting: The Bible, Zech 6

What this scripture reveals:
The bay horses symbolizes war, for the Lord will take the peace away from the earth when the two witnesses have finished proclaiming their testimony as the last warning to fallen away mankind. Notice what is said about the bay horses, namely that they sought to go that they might walk to and fro through the earth. It means that they cannot go before they are allowed to do so by God Almighty. When they are allowed to walk to and fro through the earth they cause the great tribulation to happen. This is what is foretold in Rev 14:20:
And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.
Quoting: The Bible

"without the city" means 'outside New Jerusalem', and "the space of 1600 furlongs" means 'the whole kingdom of the Antichrist', since its coming about 400 years after the birth of Jesus.
Then cried he upon me, and spake unto me, saying, Behold, these that go toward the north country have quieted my spirit in the north country.
Quoting: The Bible, Zech 6

What this scripture reveals:
It reveals that the false witness from Ireland is contradicting Scripture and Psalm 75:6 when he includes "north" in the verse where it does not belong, for both Zech 6:8 and Psalm 48:2 show us clearly that the truth will come from the north country.
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Take of them of the captivity, even of Heldai, of Tobijah, and of Jedaiah, which are come from Babylon, and come thou the same day, and go into the house of Josiah the son of Zephaniah; Then take silver and gold, and make crowns, and set them upon the head of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest; And speak unto him, saying, Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, Behold the man whose name is The BRANCH; and he shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the LORD: Even he shall build the temple of the LORD; and he shall bear the glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both. And the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the LORD. And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the LORD, and ye shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to pass, if ye will diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God.
Quoting: The Bible, Zech 6

What this scripture reveals:
This scripture reveals that the Branch, i.e. the man child, shall build the temple of the Lord, which is a spiritual building. Helem, Tobijah, Jedaiah, and Hen symbolize the four living creatures that stand in the presence of God Almighty. Two of these creatures are the two witnesses of Rev 11:3. Together these for living creatures will follow the man child and fight the heavenly war against the Antichrist and his followers by revealing the everlasting gospel for all people on earth to see. In this way the Lord shall consume the Antichrist with the spirit of his mouth, as said in 2 Thes 2:8.

Thank you for reading this, for it is all scripture and forever true!

May God bless you!

Greetings from
PehJeshuah

This happens in NT time as Zech 11:12-13 reveals to us. But we know from history and from what Scripture has foretold that there is no literal Israel as compared with Judah today, for the Assyrians brought them into captivity in OT time, from which they never returned.

Hi Iceland!
You are correct in that the man child will be from the Gentiles. I meant they are "spiritually" symbolized by the tribe of Dan. Likewise, they will not be literally fighting, instead it will be a spiritual fight with the Word of God leading them. They will have the Spirit of God working through them with Scripture as their buttress.

Can you tell me how you made the connection between Dan and the man child and what that means?

This is an area I have not dived into much at all. I have wanted to but have not got the time yet. Here is what I have noted that the tribes listed in revelation are missing the tribe of Dan. But if you go back into Ezekiel 48 the description of does list them and Levi. There are some discrepancies in the listing of the tribes even between different scriptural versions of revelation depending on what source or translation you are looking at. Manasses is typically listed in revelation in our text at the cost of excluding Dan while the Talmud includes them. Ephraim is another issue listed in one but not the other.
“The most important things are the hardest to say. They are the things you get ashamed of, because words diminish them -- words shrink things that seemed limitless when they were in your head to no more than living size when they're brought out. But it's more than that, isn't it? The most important things lie too close to wherever your secret heart is buried, like landmarks to a treasure your enemies would love to steal away. And you may make revelations that cost you dearly only to have people look at you in a funny way, not understanding what you've said at all, or why you thought it was so important that you almost cried while you were saying it. That's the worst, I think. When the secret stays locked within not for want of a tellar but for want of an understanding ear.” Stephen King
