Top military brass that have served for a lifetime represent a strength of honor and principle that Obama wants to destroy.

It's also a primary tactic of communists like Saul Alynski who's book "Rules for Radicals" was used by Obama as a community organizer. He never stopped. Destroy or significantly weaken the morality of a culture enough and it is easier to impose your will on them.
