In many ways, you create your own fear. If you know the true meaning of life, then you should not be afraid of death.

There is no reason to look over your shoulder. It is good to be cautious, but there is no reason for worry. Worry is a waste of energy and can suck you dry, and has no constructive benefits.

We are submerged in negativity, but for the majority of people, we are removed from it. Sounds like a paradox, but it is not due to exterior influences and your inner self.

We get pummeled with it from outside influences, not interior ones. This means that they are separate from you, and only exist inside of you because you made a choice to allow it entrance. And now, in a way, you feed off of it.

Look around your own life and answer these questions. Remove yourself from these exterior influences that have the ability to change your True behavior patterns. Allow yourself to step back, even briefly, and examine your own life surroundings only, not the ones that are brought to you through forums and media.

We are going through some changes. That puts us out of our comfort zones, and creates a type of anxiety within us. Instead of being uncomfortable when outside your comfort zone, relish in it, cherish the idea that you are alive and get to participate in this thing called life.
