My Daughter does that, she's four. One of the few vegetables she'll eat.

Sidenote: Spinach is the one thing you probably should cook a little bit to allow more vitamins/minerals to be digestible. Raw, they tend to stick to the fiber and never absorb as much as they could.

I had two spinach salads yesterday and one so far today. I put diced cooked chicken over it after heating the chicken slightly. Also, I heat a small amount of home-made oil/vinegar salad dressing. Pour over the chicken and spinach. So good!
