I hate the word "fair"

Here is a local solar energy "fair" pitch...

If I understand the logic used here you are a criminal who is stealing from your neighbor if you install a CFL bulb and buy less electricity from APS. They can't run the grid if you install an energy efficient AC or a more efficient appliance. Since you are buying less you are stealing from your neighbor who has not increased their efficiency.

You better be paying your "fair" share. People like me who are disabled are entitled to complementary government benefits. BTW, I'm disabled because my knee hurts because I am overweight.
