I agree there are a lot of stray dogs. I could envision some of these sick fucks going out and having a little "target practice" away from prying eyes. What I'm talking about are family pets ruthlessly slaughtered, many times in front of their young owners. Wow! You want to talk about indoctrination, do you realize what that does to a young mind?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 45288267

The dog owners need to keep their carnivores on a leash.
 Quoting: BRIEF

Why? To make it easier for the police to shoot them?

Dogs are shot while leashed, on a catchpole, laying down or simply standing with a toy in their mouths. In many instances, owners aren’t given the opportunity to secure their dogs before the pigs shoot them.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 45288267

My, God, I had no idea it was this bad.

If they shot my babies, I would go ballistic on them. I would end up getting shot, while I was tearing their faces off with my fingernails. Then I would kick them in the balls.

This is just too much to take.:joj:

Merced Police Policy Of Taking Injured Animals To Shooting Range Comes Under Fire

Please sign this petition:

[link to www.change.org (secure)]

'There are so many other more humane alternatives to "putting an animal out of its misery" than to shoot them. Injured animals who cannot flee are being taken to a target range to be disposed of. Think about if your animal got lost and was injured. Would you want them being traumatized by trying to flee gunshots and seeing other animals die? This is beyond cruel and our companion animals deserve better. Surely local veterinarians would rather help with euthanasia than allow this to happen. Merced Police and local animal groups MUST work together on this. Please sign and share this petition to send your message about this disgusting and barbaric practice.'

Early Humans didn't even have a soul until they were intelligent enough to make decision based on morality...

You are talking about Thought Adjuster which attach itself to a soul when it does the first moral decision. The soul is always there, once the Thought Adjuster is attached, it help the soul to filter his decisions, to raise his awareness, his consciousness.

Folks, it's no coincidence that all these domesticated dogs living with their families are being murdered. All by design of first TPTB & the orders given down the line to thug cops.

IMO there are 2 reasons they are killing our beloved friends.

1) they want to take away the unconditional love, devotion & loyalty that our pets give us, thereby causing depression, loneliness & even anger, sadness & grief. They thrive on these negative emotions & their energy. Our joy/happiness fills them with hatred & they want to remove any semblance of these human traits.

Remember these "powers" are psychopaths & they cannot stand the "love & affection" that our pets give us, neither do they understand it, because "they" are devoid of such feelings.

2) Dogs especially guard their homes & their families....therefore they alert us when there is a "stranger" eg. Swat team or cops on our property or at our door. So they want to "remove" that little hindrance to their operations, which will one day mean that your door will be kicked in & you & yours dragged out & thrown in jail or FEMA camps. Your dog will already be dead & not able to warn you of the danger.

WTF is going on with these trigger happy steroid pumped up pigs? I'm afraid the pork mentality has devolved into "shoot first and ask questions later." Does "barney Fife" really feel threatened by a 15 pound dog?

Heartbreaking stories of dogs being shot by police officers continue to make the news, while countless Youtube videos of incidents, Facebook memorial pages and petitions calling for justice for the lost lives of these four-legged family members continue to follow.

Directors Michael Ozias and Patrick Reasonover have set out to tell their stories through Puppycide, a feature-length documentary that explores the lives and bonds of owners and dogs of all shapes and sizes, whose tales sadly ended in gunfire. The documentary also explores owners’ battles for justice in a system that seems to shield law enforcement officers from any consequences of their split-second, yet life shattering, decisions to pull the trigger

The article from Law Enforcement Today suggest that it might perhaps be a good idea for police to stop shooting dogs unless they absolutely have to. Good history of the Humane Society in America.

[link to lawenforcementtoday.com]
Courts change direction from time to time. Keeping pace with the rulings of the higher courts is the most intriguing and challenging aspect of policing. It is amazing how over time as much as things remain the same; they also change. In law enforcement there always is something new to accomplish, learn, address, implement, modify, add, or eliminate regarding a department’s policy and procedure to keep law enforcement in step with the expectations of society. Society’s long lasting concern for the wellbeing of animals has placed law enforcement in a position to take notice and adjust.

Very good points. I do think it is by design. Killing dogs is good practice (training if you will) for killing humans. They want thugs who can pull the trigger on a fellow human being without thinking about it, without forethought or hesitation.
