You know if something is resonating with the very best part of you when you feel great. Happy, appreciative, enthusiastic, free, loving, giving, etc.

Your feelings will tell you all you need to know. That is why you have them, they are like your own personal compass. If you feel discord, that is a good thing because it is a cue from you to tell you that you need to observe the situation a little more in depth and ask yourself how feeling bad is in any way going to help you. It just shows when you need a little tune up.

You will never ever steer yourself wrong when following your joy. And you will always be running around in circles when following any beleifs about yourself being any less than who you really are. No one knows you like you do. Trust that your feelings are pointing you in the right direction and you can never go wrong.
