Yet I'll wager ancient structures line up with the rising and setting Sun on the Solstice.

And 20 degrees off in the Sun means 20 degrees off everything else.

So how could the stars move normally if the spin is 20 DEGREES off? In telescopes, that's a change of 72000 (!!!) arc-seconds!

Because the very fact that it occured proved the Earth had not halted. Likewise, the upcoming Mercury transit proves exactly the same thing. So does the position of Capricorn in the morning sky.

9, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24, 30, 36, 40, 45,
60, 72, 90, 120, 180 and 360.
It's a very convenient number.
