Re: I know what the Philosopher's Stone is. Take some guesses, i'll provide clues.
Woke before daybreak wondering why only to find this stone of mystery, so i follow my instinct now that i have tasted the blackness, felt the darkness overcome my self, the I. The truth is here, do you see it?
For me a loss of my dog, lots of crying and internal pain and loss of purpose helped me find the stone in a time that was so perfectt, but i can only see the perfection now. and as someone else has stated their are sacred plant teachers that can absolutely help find the stone also. I think that the PS cannot be seen or touched or held also, it is like a drug you will never know what it really is until you go down that hard road.
Thank you so much OP for this, its made my day already and it hasn't even started.
As u stated earlier this conversation has also helped me refine my own thoughts,
Thank you

The demon is in you, wicked one.

Gospel of Gossip (I mean Thomas).

55: Jesus allegedly said: "Whoever does not hate father and mother cannot be my disciple, and whoever does not hate brothers and sisters, and carry the cross as i do, will not be worthy of me."

God is good and love and truth! Some gossiper had quite the demon in them. In this way you can seen it is very hard to discern truth from the Gospel of Gossip, there is some there, sometimes it is not there, sometimes it is partial! This Gospel of Gossip is for expert lovers of God to discern and WILL influence the seeker, as opposed to someone who has already found God, in very bad ways.

Jesus MIGHT have said:"Whoever does not LOVE father and mother cannot be my disciple, and whoever does not LOVE AND CARE FOR THEIR brothers and sisters, and carry the cross as i do, will not be worthy of me."

By the way, this statement by Jesus, which i accept that he made when made in truth as i have made it, was made after the resurrection, after he "carried his cross".

AC 15740069 is a demented, tortured soul. His ego expresses untruth, falsehood, wickedness. The Bible explains how to deal with this situation, these types. Reject evil yet, as Christ would, have mercy, for evil, if given the chance, will reject truth and love and show no mercy against these expressions of the almighty God.

Thanks to God my ego can know the truth, can be dissolved, and reveal i am a character of the spirit of God. And in this way you may also know yourself as one with God.

Re: I know what the Philosopher's Stone is. Take some guesses, i'll provide clues.
thanks for sharing OP,

i had a kinda similar experience a few years ago, I had no idea then what i was doing. I was searching for the truth of things in this world and only found hate and anger. Then i had to let it all go. I sat in meditation for months at night, just wanting to know G-d. Then i reached a blissful state when i was everything. Soon after fear took over and i was nothing. All good now :)

its a long story and a bit crazy but anyways.

Re: I know what the Philosopher's Stone is. Take some guesses, i'll provide clues.
Gospel of Thomas

56) Jesus said: He who has known the world has found a corpse; and he who has found a corpse, the world is not worthy of him
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 49583464

I would like to change a word for context;

"and he who has found his corpse, the world is not worthy of him"

What do you think this means? In either context, what is the meaning of the "corpse"?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 39011376

I did not understand the context when i replied with the above and quoted response. After reading around that quote in the Gospel of Gossip i realize now Jesus is referring to the fact that the world is not real. The universe is a body which passes away, that which passes away (the corpse) is not real, therefore if you realize this world is not real you strive therefore for what is real, truth, God!

Thank you! Your kind words impact the densest minds

"It has often been asked what were my earliest impressions of the world in which I found myself. But one who thinks at all of his first impressions knows what a riddle this is. Our impressions grow and change unnoticed, so that what we suppose we thought as children may be quite different from what we actually experienced in our childhood. I only know that after my education began the world which came within my reach was all alive. I spelled to my blocks and my dogs. I sympathized with plants when the (lowers were picked, because I thought it hurt them, and that they grieved for their lost blossoms. It was years before I could be made to believe that my dogs clid not understand what I said, and I always apologized to them when I ran into or stepped on them.
As my experiences broadened and

deepened, the indeterminate, poetic feelings of childhood began to fix themselves in definite thoughts. Nature—the world I could touch—was folded and filled with myself. I am inclined to believe those philosophers who declare that we know nothing but our own feelings and ideas. With a little ingenious reasoning one may see in the material world simply a mirror, an image of permanent mental sensations. In either sphere self-knowledge is the condition and the limit of our consciousness. That is why, perhaps, many people know so little about what is beyond their short range of experience. They look within themselves—and find nothing! Therefore they conclude that there is nothing outside themselves, either."

As the old man walked the beach at dawn, he noticed a young man ahead of him picking up starfish and flinging them into the sea. Finally catching up with the youth, he asked him why he was doing this. The answer was that the stranded starfish would die if left until the morning sun. "But the beach goes on for miles and there are millions of starfish", countered the other, "how can your efforts make any difference?" The young man looked at the starfish in his hand and then threw it to safety in the waves. "It makes a difference to this one", he said.

That is it. This may only impact a handful of the endless cycle of people but such an effect will ripple outward for eternity. Therefore we should not cease to teach and learn about that which is good, desirable and enjoyable, because the ego is not the center of life. In a way what we write here is the legacy of our own ego. Some things in life we are not proud of but may we all share many things in which we can be proud of!

Good Morning Akashic and all.

Ever since a book found its way into my hands in a divine way on Nicholas Roerich several months ago when I see Philosophers Stone I immediately think of him and his little known huge impact in our world. Legends of a "stone" he found.

If it were to be a literal stone I believe it would be a Garnet. Blood red and somewhat transparent. Representing the heart. The Sacred Heart. The Heart is where we should live from.

The Birthstone of Jesus if you go by Date and Sign. Capricorn. Which in itself when you dig deeper into the astrology aligns him with Pan. Therein the fear for some may begin. I see it as part of our job in life to align the light and dark within. Take the duality and make it one balanced energy. Our biggest struggle in life but we must each find a way to do it for humanity to survive. The "Stone" , or heart, is a way to connect to the great divine that we are all connected to and to be able to connect to each other.

I feel the Great Cosmic Mother crying and pouring out tears because her children will not stop fighting about what God is. They refuse to see Unity in Diversity. If they only could find the "stone" and use it to connect to others in this divine way they would stop fighting at once.

Nice thread.

oh god.

philosophers stone is one´s mind when its rock solid.
it wont bend and its unbeatable.
all the story - how to reach it its another question.

about ur riddle - if u put EGO into blank, then its the solution: poor man has ego, rich man is ego, if you kill your ego you will die, that means your old self will die and new will be born out of this. and "YOU" in "you will die" means that false self that will die, that blocks the road to your true self.

thats it

so this reality is to teach us how to create?

You tell yourself! I know for me but it might not be for you. If i say, then someone can say "no", but that is only "no" for them, not me.

be so kind to express your opinion because it will help me shape mine
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 49899929

God is light, we were light, we did not recognize our self as God due to ego. God made the dark realm, the universe, to have contrast. If you are a plant, how do you know you are a plant? As a being separate from the plant, with the mask, the ego, you are able to see, "Ah, i am that". Yes, you are the plant, the soil, the pot, the table, etc. The ego is a mask for us to recognize the truth but it itself covers the truth. We need the ego in order to get rid of it. If we hate our existence and are full of evil God removes our ego and our God-spirit returns to God (call that the hard and undesirable way to God). If we realize we like life then we can choose to exist with God eternally. There is no time so it is not like we would get bored, it is a true and new reality that is taken out of context (hence we see threads like, what are you going to do for eternity when you reach heaven", etc). We come here to get there. We prove that we desire a better reality, that we can follow the rules. Behind all the masks, take away the ego from the worst and the best person/entity, there is left the spirit, the truth, the sole God (hence Jesus said, "there are none who are good but God".) Therefore God does not "need" us, this is all our choice, God gave us free-will because he wants us to want him.

So, do we learn how to create? In some ways we learn how to be responsible creators, if we choose.

I did not re-read what i wrote to clarify or expand, i tried to make this short.

Re: I know what the Philosopher's Stone is. Take some guesses, i'll provide clues.
As i said before;

•The philosopher's stone has been given (way too) much importance/focus when it is like a gear in a clock, where all the gears (factors) are needed for proper meditation.

Do you want the philosopher's stone (truth) now? ; )

Any objections i will submit to if one is enjoying their thinking.

The philosophers stone is the small gate to life as Jesus described. Small is the gate to life, broad and wide the gate to destruction.

By crossing.

And you know when people do that? What are they doing crossing their eyes? The word has been used once in this thread already, again will help tie this all together.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 39011376

making your two eyes into one?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 49904438

Meditation. Those in a a state of meditation focus their eyes and when that happens, when they cross their eyes, between the eyes forms a sort of candle-flame shape as one can see when their eyes are open and crossed.. But "to cross the eyes" is not the point. If i say that to you you will cross your eyes when the point is your eyes WILL be crossed, not cross your eyes!

Somewhere in the bible it is said: "Your eyes need to see forward".

Re: I know what the Philosopher's Stone is. Take some guesses, i'll provide clues.
What the "philosopher stone" is, as my truth and interpretation, and "answer":

The philosopher who desires truth as their rock, their foundation, their reality, will discover the useless of knowledge and they will meditate on truth. They will look into the empty void of their mind's eye and focus on the stone. The stone is symbolic of something that is real, but it is not an imaginary stone it is the GRAVITY of the stone that attracts the mind to that single point of a focused mind. Without the intent to focus on truth the mind is void or the thoughts run wild and the eyes follow. With determination, intention, focusing the eyes, the thoughts, the mind's eye on one single point that becomes as real as a rock, this brings the philosopher who desires truth into a state of proper meditation. The one who comes to this state of meditation finds truth, like Peter who came to know that Jesus is the son of God, therefore upon this stone, this rock, this foundation of truth will God, Jesus, build his kingdom. Until Jesus the occult, and ignorance, was being used to dominate souls, and even since, but now we know the foundation of truth among the facade of ignorance and wickedness that is the occult, and desire for sensory things, untruth.

There are, of course, many other gears, factors which play a role in proper meditation. The stone, the focal point of mind for the philosopher, the one who desires truth, is but one tool, symbol, allegory for finding God who is truth. However, without proper adherence to other rules/factors for proper meditation, well, i am no expert on the results.

Many occult allegories, tales and symbols refer to the state of meditation, the only place where one can discover and realize and become one with truth - inside them self.

Re: I know what the Philosopher's Stone is. Take some guesses, i'll provide clues.
I have a question. Images come...but they are rarely clear and often I can't "hang on" to what I am seeing in the black or I find it "falling away" where my physical eye suddenly wants to follow it and then it's gone. How can I perfect this?
