Why did Bush commute Henry Lee Lucas' sentence?

lucas is the only person bush did this for. lucas claimed to have abducted children to be used in child porn, snuff films, and satanic sacrifices for a small group of rich powerful satanic elitists.

bush's family was one of the families lucas worked for, thats why.
