Anonymous Coward User ID: 43698054 Germany 11/13/2013 05:21 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | it's fuck'n funny how the fuck'n lying ass democrats are trying to position themselves against obamacare after they fuck'n voted for it to the man/woman. when the republicans tried to stop the mandatory policy cancellation re-write the democrats voted it down to the man/woman. what's even fuck'n funnier is how the sheep will fall for that shit and vote for those fuck'n democrat lying scumbags again. stupid ass motherfuck'n democrats are so fuck'n dumb that they would vote for a car crash dummy as long as it were painted blue. you guys are screwed nine ways to hell and back. goodby american pie. |

Quoting: ANHEDONIC Typically deductables are monies you pay before any insurance monies are paid. Meaning, every bill (office visit, xrays, procedure, EVERYTHING) is paid by you until the limit of the duductable is reached. Only at that time will the insurance monies kick in. And the salt in the wound... it resets every year. My current employer plan has a 3k deduct. Until i spent all that nothing is paid for by the insurance |

Quoting: ANHEDONIC It is my understanding that it is for everything up to that amount. Of the few hospitals that accept Obamacare, most are requiring the full payment of the deductible up front before they will admit or render services. So, if you have to go to the hospital, it will cost the deductible, co-pay & percentage you are required to pay. Could be an enormous amount & this is on top of the lofty monthly premiums. I've been to the doctor just once in the last 10 years. I can only imagine how many Americans are not in a position to afford these monthly premiums in addition the high deductible amounts. I wonder how long until this debacle completely boils over. What a trainwreck. |

The only way a couple would reach that is if they have something unforeseen and catastropic happen. So basically, you have no insurance if you are healthy. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 16213727 United States 11/13/2013 05:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Its been reported that they (congressional Dems) have given pres. 72 hrs to fix it. doesn't mean its true. Thread: Breaking : Congressional Democrats have reportedly given the president 72 hours I won't believe it until something is actually happening the latest by Monday, as in, the Dems are actually calling Ocommie out and MSM is blowing up the airwaves. Otherwise it will be the SSDD, all talk, no action - as usual |
Maguyver User ID: 49918490 United States 11/13/2013 05:52 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The 'fix it or else' edict being bandied about by the underling politicians can't happen, I don't believe. The law requires insurance to cover certain things, people and conditions regardless of the plan. It they want to 'fix it', they have to rewrite the law. They cannot mandate that insurance companies reinstate the old plans, even as they were. The price must go up to pay for this pre-paid healthcare mess. Note: it's not insurance since they took out the actuary component. Adversity is inevitable, misery is optional. Do or do not. There is no try. I have a relative, whom is married to a naturalized woman. Her mother lives with him, who is NOT a citizen and must travel back to her home country every so often, is 100% FUCKING INSURED BY MEDICAID!!! She doesn't work, has never worked and gets a fucking hall pass. I on the other hand and royally fucked. With the sky high monthly premiums that are rising faster than an atlas rocket and the outrageous monthly deductibles, I can't even afford basic sick insurance. I'm above the income threshold so me get no tax breaks. On top that, the penalties I pay go to the fucking mother that is not even a FUCKING CITIZEN! WTF I'm so fucking discussed I want to vomit at the people who support this cluster fuck. |

That is 16 to 52 MILLION Americans without insurance on top of the 40 MILLION that were already uninsured. [link to www.examiner.com] How wonderful is Obamacare? Less than 100,000 have signed up. (Forbes) [link to www.forbes.com] Disgraceful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I refuse to go look up how much this COST us to sign up 100K people. Plus I refer you to Thread: POLL: 92% say REPEAL Obamacare completely--95% say it's bad program My mother is one of those dumped by her insurance. |

That's what it sounds like... You pay and then have to pay even more when you actually need to utilize the 'plan' you've already been paying for. Meanwhile the lifeforce of the system, Consumerism, is dying/fading. People having even less money in their pockets to purchase goods/services will ensure that process is expedited. Those who lose their jobs will be mandated to purchase this coverage and it will perpetuate the downward spiral even further. |

They were talking about this on this news late afternoon. Basically that number includes people who were putting things in their "shopping cart"....like you would shopping at Amazon. It's not the actual number of signups who have PAID. Therefore the number will be SUBSTANTIALLY LESS.....they were just shoppers. :oberg: Last Edited by Useless Cookie Eater on 11/13/2013 06:04 PM |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 44686191 What the fuck did you people do who voted for this moron?? I WANT MY COUNTRY BACK! Yes, the numbers breakdown would be interesting to know (and we will never get an honest answer). Altho I think it would be safe to assume that the ones signing up aren't the ones who lost their insurance but those who have preexisting, very low income and the Medicaid people - people who aren't paying into it or paying little into it. |
