TIME LINE for the Meltdown of Puppet Boy...Urgent!!

After viewing it, it is critical that we make a Time Line of Bush THEN and Bush NOW. That Video, 2994 - 2004, motivated some of us to find out just when this medical condition started and how it is now full blown and totally out of control.
Now, Puppet Boy is in total meltdown!
Please help by posting by years, any proof, hopefully links or media sources, that will help us to see when this all started.
Letīs start with the Early Years first!
IMO, this Time Line should help us to get a visual of the Meltdown.
It should help us to see why he sat in that classroom and just stared.
What year was he reading to a child with the book upside down?
What year did the rage and anger start?
What year did the deer in head lights look start?
What year did the stuttering and making up words start?
What year did he start needing "assistance" with cues/wires/voices/puppet strings/Lauraīs arm/Cheney to speak with him to the 911 Commission?
What year did he start having problems speaking to audiences that were not selected by his God?
Donīt forget that the Time line will require that you post under/above the incidents in the thread,based on years.
It would help a lot if this thread is only used for PROOF, not for those that have been encouraged by Rethugs to believe that Bush is STONG and IN COMMAND and all that bla bla bla.
