[ link to en.m.wikipedia.org] Balkanization, or Balkanisation, is a geopolitical term, originally used to describe the process of fragmentation or division of a region or state into smaller regions or states that are often hostile or non-cooperative with one another.[1] It is considered pejorative. About that >> " process of fragmentation or division of a state".. it was not "a process" ! it was USA bombing Yugoslavian cities (from high altitude) so to legitimize the creation of an Islamic republic (Kosovo) in the hart of Europe. The hypocrisy of your leaders is staggering!
