I think the danger has passed my area, northwest central ohio. Nothing much happened here, thankfully. The Halloween storms we had seemed stronger.

Relieved to have made it through today. We're not far from Washington. Took shelter in our bathroom because we don't have a basement. I've lived in Central IL my entire life, and this was the closest call for us. I know a lot of people who live in the worst hit areas and luckily they are all safe.

I was trying to find the stupid alert app while the radar loaded, funnel cloud went right over and hit north of me, not very far either.


I went to the store opposite side of town from tornado damage couple hours ago, there were a lot of limbs down, a street closed because of a line down. I didn't drive over to damaged area, considered a bike ride but decided against.

Watch out on the west side of Cleveland. Some rotation forming on radar. These storms are moving fast and will be in Cleveland within 10-15 minutes. Severe thunderstorm warning just issued.
