Re: I am a Spiritually Enlightened Simpleton
Along there with you (read your other threads), but just recently came back home to my folks who are chained to religion and ignorance. Kinda got a lot of anxiety from it and I don't really enjoy 3rd dimensional activities so I started smoking again which I know completely ruins energy flow and I'm polluting my body..I was so freakin clean. >_<

How do I quit this thing? And not get impatient with the very small improvements of my growing in oneness?

I guess I expect myself to be astral traveling or being able to use telekinesis/heal with ease but its not even close to being like Jesus or Buddha.

Keep thinking there would be a trans-formative event after a certain vibrational level (Like what the hell happens to your organs when you reach a certain temperature? Do you die and reborn immediately to gain a new body?)

Thank you for your inquiry, my friend. This is many questions, and I'm not sure I understand some of them. But I will try the best of my abilities to assist you here. Let's start from the top.

You say you moved back in with your parents, and they are religious and ignorant. Welcome to most families, my friend. It's important to have these people so different from you in your life. At face value, and most times, it will seem you are suffering with them, or they are bringing you down, or you just dont belong with them. But this is the crucial lesson here. You need to learn to step back and look at things objectively. Remove your current "feelings" of the subject and just meditate on this situation. Ask yourself some prime questions: 1. Why am I here at my parents house again? If you find the answer, then ask "why" beyond that answer (for example: Why am I here? I lost my job. Why did I lose my job? I didn't lose it, I quit. Why did I quit? I quit because it wasn't making me happy. etc...) First ask yourself why you are where you are. Then we can move on.

2. Your parents are here to help you to learn unconditional love. What better way to learn unconditional love than with people who drive you mental and make you feel poorly about yourself? It's a perfect situation, if you see it as so. A chance for you to grow spiritually. You must understand that your parents are no different than you are. They are humans with human afflictions and gifts. If they are bothering you, then ask yourself what is it about them that bothers you so much? To drive you back to smoking? What is that? Why? Why do they have such a profound effect on you? If you want to grow spiritually, you must understand, above all else, that everything in the universe is one thing. One. It's one point. The rest is speculation and elaboration. So if you're parents are driving you bonkers, is it not yourself which is driving yourself bonkers? Meditate on this, my friend. Where you now see differences, with enough thought and focus you can see similarities and beauty. I've dated so many girls that weren't right for me. I did it because I wanted to test to see if I can love no matter what. I can. So can you. Just dig deeply to find it, and once found, play with it and UNDERSTAND it.

3. As for smoking cigarettes. Your anxiety and stress are self-created. Take into consideration that the reality around you, the perception which you abide to, the beauty of these is that they are YOURS. Perception and reality are under YOUR control. If you blame others for your state of being, then this is just as ignorant as anything else. When people are highly rude to me in my field of work (hotel industry, i work with the public daily), I simply ask them what I can help them with. They continue to fire at me and be incredibly rude. I match their anger with a smile, and I almost always find myself above them in terms of happiness, even when they've tried to bring me down. It's all a game which you're the player, my friend. If someone gets you mad, it's actually YOU that has gotten YOURSELF mad, for everything arrises and stops in the person. That person is you.

Cigarettes will not quell your thirst for betterment. Cigarettes will not make you feel better. They will tear you down in a profound way and only lead to more stress and sickness. There is a crucial thing of life. This is the wonderful number 3. You are the number 3, my friend. You are mind, spirit, and body. Your body can only exist with your spirit. Your spirit can only exist if your mind is healthy. Your mind can only exist if your body is healthy. When you put sugar in a cars gas tank that car will no longer run. Imagine putting similar things with similar effects on your body. Cigs will tear down the foundation that is your amazing human body, and then they will start to deteriorate your brain. Eventually your health on all 3 corridors is diminished, and you find yourself in a hole so deep there is no light up the way. So, most importantly, stop smoking cigarettes. If you are depressed, they will not help. Only self-reflection will help you. You cannot find answers to your problems, other than help (like from me and others), without first searching in yourself .I can't give you the answers. I can only help you look at things differently.

Lastly, I think you should not focus on what will happen with ascension, or your body changing, or bhuddha or jesus. This will only keep you away from your path. I've read all the main eastern religions and they are beautiful. I've read the bible and (some) of it is beautiful. But to focus on these and to strive to change your body and such will do nothing for you. That's like waiting around for the end of the world, preparing for the end of the world, and then the end comes and it is actually nothing. Then you look back and you wasted a whole year of life preparing for something that never was.

I have moved things with my mind, manipulated the environment around me, forseen countless things, I have incredibly psychic abilities, and I have the true love and light for humanity. But do you know what? I don't tell people this. Because it is not important. If you teach a beggar the fact that you can fly, he will focus his whole life on trying to fly, figuring out ways to get in the air, rather than living the glorious path of lessons, suffering, sickness, and happines, and joy, that will eventually lead him to flight. Do you understand? I hope this is a good analogy.

What I'm trying to say is that you shouldn't worry about physical affects of your spirituality or things like that. This is missing the point. You're focused on the "wrong" thing. You should focus on the INSIDE. Focus on yourself, dude. You are all their is. You fuel your cosmos, so fuel it in the right direction. ;)

Love be to you, buddy. I hope it all works out. First step is to kick smoking. Then the rest will fall into place if you find the peace and contentment that is always available, whether you want to admit it or recognize it or not. You are the powerful creature, the almighty god in charge of your own state of existence. It is YOU which is in charge of happiness or sadness. It is YOU which is in charge of health or unhealth. It is YOU that is the creator, created to create. So create around you a paradise, my friend, and watch as life floats so serenely by as you feel the love of every moment.

Peace! hf

Re: I am a Spiritually Enlightened Simpleton
I appreciate your advice brother. You are right about the stress being self created because I shifted my focus on the insanity of my folks and the loathing of that has overall changed my energy to a low vibration. I guess I did use it as an excuse to pick back up smoking. Without even realizing what I just did. Thanks man.

And I have been focusing on my self, inwards. Always trying to remember to innerstand. I don't focus on Icons, they are just reference points to what I believe are things that are achievable. When my face starts sweating and my heart is going 4523845787345 miles a hour and I feel ( I know there is no limits, only plateaus) like if I go anymore my body is literally going to melt from the inside out.

Just curious if there are any stages to stepping from one dimensional existance to the other (if you've gotten that far)

Thanks again man. I enjoyed the self reflection of your self that is me? XD :D

Re: I am a Spiritually Enlightened Simpleton
Hello there!

May I ask some tips for making meditation more 'fun' to the point I want to really do it everyday?

To be specific, I can do it once in a while and feels very good, but I've never been able to achieve 'visuals' if you can call them like that.

Some months ago, someone told me that everyone has different strengths or sense focus when it's about visualization (visual, sound, feeling, etc...), and that would explain why I couldn't even see a dot of light in my meditations, absolutely nothing...

Peace

Meditation isn't necessarily sitting down with your eyes closed trying to see cool stuff. It's not really something that exists to make more "fun". Meditation exists as many forms. You don't just have to try your hardest to not try. I meditate all day, throughout the day. I would say I am meditating all day. I'm not always sitting down with my eyes closed, but I, as much as I can without being distracted, am always meditating. What am I thinking about? I'm really thinking about nothing. This way, all things come to me smoothly and easily. There is no doubt, or fear. I don't harbor negative thoughts towards myself, or insecurities, I just exist as I am.

As I'm going about in my daily way, I am meditating. I do everything every human does, for I am human, but in my way I am nothing. I am just existing. At peace with the moment. Each moment. This is meditation. It's peace. From peace, all thoughts or ideas or problems will translate and solve themselves. When you have to have a "legitimate" time to set aside to meditating, which you don't really do because it's not stimulating enough, then you've missed the point of meditation, and I suggest you meditate more on this.

Meditation is focus on one thing. Or it is focus on nothing. It is self-awareness, it is lack of self. Meditation is a place. In this place all things are possible. You can't just close your eyes and see a dot like people say. You can't just sit down for five minutes and expect to enter the astral realm or slay some dragons. You have to be driven to actually better yourself. Your main goal should be to better yourself. IF you meditate, you will eventually learn how to be in a meditative state at all times. Always happy, joyful, floating along in the moment without any care or problems. But you need to actually sit and make it your effort, for nothing will come to you if you give it a half-assed try or have no devotion or dedication. Hope that helps. Peace!

Re: I am a Spiritually Enlightened Simpleton
Ahhhh, now I see why you came into my thread spouting your ignorant, hypocritical, "unlearned" tripe, OP. You're mad because no one took an interest in your vague, nonsensical, pseudo spiritual bullshit. So you decided to come into mine- which was actually gaining interest, out of jealousy. Yeah right. Some enlightened being you are. Your philosophy is full of vague bullshit that is generic New Age, generalized, unspecific, nonsense. Your shallow advice barely scratches the surface and reeks of "ridiculous ramblings." I knew you were a low life in sheep's clothing before I even finished the first paragraph of the trash you wrote in my thread. If I have to make an example out of you, I will be more than happy to. Know your place and stay the hell out of mine! I typed a lengthy response to that garble you wrote. You are not welcome to participate in my thread, and I care less what you think about it. Simpleton indeed. Nice try trying to sound "humble".

All you "love and light" charlatans show yourselves real fast. You fake fool. All fools who irrationally attack me will be ruthlessly put back in their place. I could care less how it looks, you hypocrite! A true "enlightened" being doesn't use their own mental limitations and constructs to define people they don't even know or have the ability to comprehend. If people gave a damn about your opinion, you would draw more people asking you questions? If your vague, commercial new age opinions were "Truths", "Spirit" would draw more "seekers" to you- Correct? Stay with the New Age charlatans. My thread is not for you. I was not created to make the charlatans to feel comfortable.

Next time, read an entire thread before you attack the creator of it. Fool!
